This is the second watercolor drawing of a cat on paper in my experience.
This time I wanted to work harder on the details and make the drawing more accurate.
To achieve this goal, I chose a larger format of paper A3 and tried to combine different painting techniques by painting the base on a wet sheet and adding details and texture with a dry brush. For the final details I again used gel pens.
An additional challenge was to draw a white cat on a white background, but in the end, this only made it more graphic and helped to highlight the accents and emphasize the contrast.
