This is my first experiment in painting such quick and energetic watercolor portraits.
I chose my cat for the first drawing, as its black color suited perfectly to the task of monochrome painting.
It took half an hour to paint a cat on an A4 sheet with a big brush using the wet technique. In addition to watercolor, I used a gel pens of various sizes to put the smaller details and accents, but tried to create as many details as possible in watercolor only.
